Delivery and return information for your orders.

Shipping

Delivery area: We deliver nationwide across Ghana.

Processing time: After we confirm your payment, orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive updates on your order status via email and can track your order on our Tracking page.

Delivery time: Delivery times depend on your location. You will be contacted with an estimated timeframe once your order is dispatched. We work with trusted delivery partners to get your order to you safely.

Discreet packaging: All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. The contents of your parcel are not visible from the outside. We respect your privacy.

Shipping cost: Shipping fees (if any) will be shown at checkout before you place your order.

Order tracking

After your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you can track its status by visiting our Track your order page. Enter your order number and (for guest orders) the email address used when ordering. You can also view order status in your account under My Orders.

Returns and refunds

Eligibility: Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been confirmed and paid for. Please review your order and delivery address carefully before completing payment.

Defective or wrong items: If you receive an item that is defective or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement or a refund where appropriate.

Non-refundable payments: As stated in our payment instructions, money received is not refundable except where we have made an error or the product is faulty. We may allow payment in instalments where agreed; terms will be communicated separately.
